As an update, just had my wife's X5, my M3 and Honda S2k serviced and the shop continues to maintain the vehicles well at a very reasonable price. My S2k had a major clutch failure (after 11 yrs) , I paid towing company extra to take it to this shop coz I trust them/their work, and they fixed the problem at a lower cost.

We have been using Town and Country Auto Repair for years now and they currently service 4 cars for us. We have always gotten good service here. The mechanics do good work and the pricing seems fair. We love Pete! He always explains everything and recently even encouraged us not to have some work done yet! You always feel like you are in good hands when Pete is checking your car in and explaining the issues. We always feel respected and like we don't have to worry about getting "ripped off" here. I agree with a previous review that this business also gives back to the community! And we love the detailed report we recently received on our car after having it serviced.

This is another update. I continue to bring my vehicles to this shop. I used to change my own oil and filter as well as some fluid change maintenance. As I have gotten older, time has become more precious to me and I now let the shop handle these minor maintenance. The plus side is they perform inspections for free with this service and their inspection is very honest and transparent as they document the inspection with pictures to clearly show you the needed maintenance. I drive over 140 miles to work now and I need preventive maintenance and they continue to perform a fantastic job. They have added a website service where you can view the maintenance history of your vehicle, including the ability to schedule/confirm your vehicle appointment. This for me is a great addition to their service.

I had a great experience at Town and Country Auto. They gave my older car a thorough inspection and made me a comprehensive list of items that needed fixing now and items that could wait. They also provided me this list via email so I could review it at my leisure, which is helpful. It's sometimes hard to make a split decision when you're on the phone with someone. Peter and Bill were both really friendly and very patient in explaining things and answering questions. I would happily use them again, and I'll be recommending them to my family as well.

Staff was greatly helpful and polite. Called late one evening requiring some questions. Both owners were helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Around the holidays can be tough getting cars in the shop, but Town and County fit me and even provided a rental for me to use to get to and from work. Will continue to bring my car back each time! Huge thanks to all the guys there!

My wife and I had bad experience having our vehicles serviced at the dealership. I've shopped around looking for an honest repair shop with very reasonable price and finally found one close to my area. I highly recommend this shop. The service is great, repairs are honest, and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They did a fantastic job with a major repair on my 1997 BMW M3 and at significantly less cost compared to the dealer, and I now bring my wife's 2011 X5 after it's covered dealer's maintenance expired. I referred another friend who has a 1997 BMW M3 that needed suspension work and she was very pleased with the service. They will repair only what's needed and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service today...repairs needed were explained before service done. Nice waiting room too!

This is an update from last year. My whole family now take our vehicles to this shop as they continue with expert and professional service, very accommodating, and at very competitive/reasonable price. I now also bring my 2006 Honda S2000 for service. I had a problem with a turbo modification performed at another shop, and I made the problem worse by overtightening and breaking the stud to the exhaust manifold, and they fixed and corrected the problem. I didn't know that they could also handle after market turbo modification of my S2000, and it now drives and performs like new.
